WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an ambitious, bright, forward thinking, entrepreneurial and high-spirited individual to join us as Product Designer, assisting the efforts of our brilliant and experienced Director of Product Design, Lisa Taniguchi.

• Help define the design culture and contribute to the design direction of the company as a critical second design hire
• Design wireframes, create and test prototypes, and craft high fidelity interfaces
• Occasionally design sales and marketing materials, such as the marketing site, social media content, and presentations
• Use and evolve our design system
• Work cross-functionally with developers, leadership, and stakeholders
• Work directly with health care professional, patients, and Careteam users
• Wear different hats in a small, but nimble, team - you’ll have the opportunity to do a variety of work in a supportive learning environment
  

Core required strengths

• Passion for improving the status quo in health care
• UI/UX skills with an emphasis on visual design skills
• Knowledge of UX best practices and human-centered design
• Focus on real world impact, delivering software validated by real users, and using data to help make decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication to gain buy-in and work effectively with the team and stakeholders

Preferred skills and experience

• Education in design preferred, or a related technical field
• Healthcare related experience or knowledge
• Experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise software and launching products internationally
